As a kid, I was on the curious side of life. After moving to my grandparent's farm in East Tennessee, I became taken in by two things: farm life and the surrounding woods. The first chance I had to explore and exercise my "woods" curiosity, I ran across the gravel road and into the inclined wooded terrain. I visually sucked in all the different trees, leaves, and plants. Coming from Chicago, this was a different world altogether! Soon after, I found a land turtle and took it home as if I had discovered some remarkable finding.
My curious tendencies didn't stop there. Life on the farm was an ongoing discovery. I was as taken in by all the elements of farm life as I was by exploring the woods.
As time passed, I continued exercising my mental meddling in my surroundings. At some point, I discovered a few ways of expressing my current visual findings. These expressions are in the form of visual arts: painting: pastels, charcoal, and acrylics. Later, I found an interest in photography. Photography became another way to express my inquisitive findings. So, here I am years later, many years later, having a couple of websites to showcase my Sherlock Holmes "inquiring mind' observations.
Thanks for taking your limited and treasured time to view my website. I hope you enjoyed your brief journey! -Bob Hall
